    about 40-45 million people play roblox because you need to think about the people that unfriended builderman.

    • I know, right? They can do a lot of work in little as no time possible—- well, it depends on the issue given… But they do a well done job! :D

    • Kathleen,We are already in the prcseos of working on that, we to as a board would love to make it more convienient for parents. This however will take a bit of time to arrange for payment prcseoses and such to be set into place. Thank you for your suggestion

  6. All of you saying that their customer service is ‘amazing’ is false. I’ve asked them to deal with things that are quite legitimate, which they either never reply to or send an automated reply.

    One thing ROBLOX: Your customer service reps need more training, and you need to increase your amount of customer service reps.

  7. I Wish I Could Know How Many People Are On Roblox? The Reason I Think 1Billion Is Because Builderman Has Like That Many Friends But Pretty Much All Of Them Can Be Alts, Or Inactive Accounts…Dont Judge Me Of Thinking That Because Thats What I Used To Think…But I Do Know There Are Millions…

  8. I now understand why i got an simi-automated reply on my email a little bit more now. 5000 is a huge number.
    i just hope i get a real reply eventually.

  10. Their customer service is really good. I didn’t get the Holiday Raygun in December so I contacted them. They had it done in roughly 12 hours. You guys are the best.

    How can I send a PM to the admins if I found a glitch or a hack in ROBLOX so it can be patched ?

    • Most hacks are patched, or are being worked on.

      CheatEngine is one of the most annoying things because new mods/updates/additions can be made.

      In summary, most hacks are already known, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t let an admin know, but if most everyone knows.. well, use some sense.

  13. I wish ROBLOX could hirer more people, sometimes the response takes too long and someone who got his or her account hacked by someone else can harm the victim a lot.

  14. Wow! I had no idea you guys only had 19 people! I’ve contacted ROBLOX several times through the info@roblox.com email, and every time I’ve received a beyond-satisfactory solution within a brisk amount of time. That alone is extremely impressive, but now knowing your small amount of people, large companies have no excuse for lack of customer support. Thank you, ROBLOX, for setting a good example.

  17. I love this article. My friend anitaisawesome lost her password once, and the customer service helped her get it back. If there’s one dream on Roblox I have, it’s to somehow help Roblox. Creating games is out of the question, since I’m not patient enough to read the many tutorials that they have on the Roblox Wiki, but maybe I might be able to join the Customer Service. One can always hope. :)

  18. I know all this stuff seems quite cliche, but it is very important to keep your account safe. I know; your probably thinking “Yeah, yeah.. I don’t need to worry this won’t happen to me..”. But what if it does? Just make sure you have a secure verified e-mail in case of emergency. It only takes a small plant to support millions of other plants.

    (By Volunteering, I mean work for free/no pay, in so that you can work at your own house computer to help

  21. This reminds me of Terraria, it’s an indie game, but it’s getting pretty famous. But, because it’s an indie game, only ONE person owns the company and codes the game! (He has some sprite makers though.) Think of how hard it must be for him!

  23. Now I have more confidence in ROBLOX. And a little ironic that this article came out, considering I’m having a few issues of my own with ROBLOX. I’ve sent an email, and I still haven’t gotten a reply yet.

    • a phone number being added would only generate a whole new swarm of people and a need for more workers
