I’m going to keep this post very simple. It’s a parade of places that I thought looked cool. They may or may not be winners but I wasn’t judging them. I was just visiting to take photos. The Winter Playland Building Contest is becoming a flurry of activity. The judges are working furiously to find the best places. They are nom nom nom judging one place after another. What we need now is to make sure all the your friends with the best WPBC places have been nominated.
What to do?
If you haven’t already, go to the event site and nominate your friend’s awesome finished WPBC place. The event site form is here. The place has to be wintery or holiday themed. Search the site before nominating your friend -they may already be on our list! We only need one nomination per player.
The last day to nominate your friend is December 26 at noon Pacific time. They need to be finished by then. Winning places have to be fun and well made! We will keep judging until we find all the winners - about 100 Ice Crowns will go out!

What to expect next:
Friday Dec 19 - More Cool Snowman Heads given out to everyone with a WPBC named place. All you have to do is name your place WPBC (with a space after like WPBC Winter Paintball). This is your chance to get the Cool Snowman Head!
Sunday Dec 21 - More Ice Crown and 200 $R winners announced. Expect that post later in the day on Sunday.
Friday Dec 26 - The Event site form comes down and the judges go super crazy finishing judging the nominees. Nom nom nom!

In this latest ROBLOX release we bring you: interchangeable heads! RobloTim slaved over these heads for more than one release cycle and learned more about 3d geometry than he ever wanted to - all for you guys.
Heads are the latest step in our drive to allow players to better customize the look of their avatar. You will find an assortment of heads in the Catalog. Over the next couple of weeks we will be expanding our inventory, so keep a look out for new additions.
If you have been playing ROBLOX for free, you will notice that several heads are priced low enough that you could use the Roblox Currency Exchange (the RoblEX) to convert your tickets into ROBUX to purchase several. Builders Club members, on the other hand, get a daily allowance of ROBUX, so they can forget that and focus on deciding which of these fabulous new heads suit them best.
What’s your style?
Caveat emptor: not all existing ROBLOX hats work well with all head shapes. You will have to mix and match to find out which combinations look awesome and which don’t work. In the future we may make hats specifically for the heads that are hard to place normal ROBLOX hats on.

This is quite possibly the longest contest in the history of ROBLOX! There are thousands of holiday and winter themed places out there right now. It’s great!

Last week Telamon delivered the Cool Snowman Heads to everyone with their place named correctly. If you didn’t get one don’t worry - there will be another chance. Around the end of next week we will give out more of the Cool Snowman Heads. How? Make sure your place has “WPBC” in the title. Try putting a space after it, like “WPBC Snow Park”. Telamon will search for your place and give out more hats.

If it seems like the judging is taking forever I can tell you it is. I’m sorry it’s seeming so long. The winners will be revealed when we have another set to announce. Another way to check is to search the event site for the name, and see if I have commented. The post will say “1 comment” on it. The comment tells the result of the judging.
