Do I have to bring a printed ticket?
Printed tickets are not necessary, but will help if there is any confusion at the registration table. Badges are organized and grouped by the last name of the person who placed the order. So if Bill Smith registered himself and Joe Acorn, they will both be under Bill Smith. The registration staff will have a full list of attendees to help you find your badge.
Can we buy items at the event?
Yes! The following items will be for sale at the event for cash and credit.

How do I get a reservation at the R&D Computer Lab?
At the entrance to the R&D lab there will be time slot cards laid out. Starting at 9am, you can come to the entrance to collect a time slot card for later in the day. The time slots start at 10am and run until 3:35pm. Each attendee can get one time card slot, but it is possible for families to pool the tickets among themselves to maximize someone’s time in the lab.
Can I drop my child off at RGC?
There is not an age limit for attending RGC 2012 alone. In general, if the child could be left alone all day at the mall, a museum, or a park, they are old enough to be alone at the conference. There is a waiver on the ticket purchase form for a parent or guardian to assert that they will not hold the event or venue responsible for the child. If you don’t buy online, you must come in and sign the waiver at registration before leaving your child.
What is the deal with the Hackathon?
Most importantly, participants must bring their own laptops. The Hackathon event starts at 11:00am and goes until 2:30pm. The goal is to complete the building and scripting challenges in time. There will be prizes and the winners will be entered in the ROBLOX Hall of Fame!
Will there be food and drink for sale at the event?
Bag lunch is provided with each ticket and includes a sandwich, fruit and a bottle of water. There will also be a Peet’s Coffee cart with drinks for sale as well as salads and other snack items for sale.
Do we have to attend the event to receive the free commemorative items?
Yes. You must attend the event to receive the items. We will not ship items.
When will we receive the free commemorative items?
Physical items such as t-shirts and water bottles will be handed out at the event. Virtual items will be added to the ROBLOX account within a couple days before OR after the event.
